Privacy

Your privacy, in plain language.

The same way I write everything else: what this site collects, why, and what your choices are. No legal maze, no surprises.

Who I am

Taj Web Studio is run by Leo, based in Southern California. This policy covers tajwebstudio.com. Questions about anything here? Email leo@tajwebstudio.com or call (619) 736-5065 — you'll get an answer from me, not a department.

What this site collects, and why

The contact form. If you write to me through the form, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you tell me about your business. I use it for exactly one thing: replying to you. Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and arrive in my email.

Booking a call. If you book a discovery call, the scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and chosen time under Calendly's own privacy policy.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use it — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device type they use. I see patterns, not people: nothing here identifies you by name, and I don't combine analytics with the contact form. You can block analytics with any standard ad/tracker blocker or Google's own opt-out browser add-on, and the site works exactly the same.

What I don't do

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever. I don't send marketing email lists (if I ever start a newsletter, it will be strictly opt-in). I don't run advertising or ad-tracking pixels on this site. And if you email me about your business, that conversation stays between us.

How long I keep things

Enquiry emails stay in my inbox as long as they're useful for our conversation — if you'd like yours deleted, one email to leo@tajwebstudio.com does it. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule and is aggregate in nature.

Your choices

You can browse this entire site without submitting anything. You can ask me at any time what information I have from you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — California residents have these rights under state law, and I extend the same courtesy to everyone, resident or not.
